Step 2 - Put Product Into Cart

Click on ADD TO CART to add the product straight to the shopping cart. After clicking on the ADD TO CART button, the cart requires buyer to sign in. If you have not register as member yet, kindly register at: << Member Registration >>

Step 3 - Check out Shopping Cart

You can specify how many quantity you want to purchase in your shopping cart. To delete a selected item from the shopping cart, change the quantity to '0' and update the information by clicking on button. After you are satisfied with your selection, please click on the Check Out button. You may skip this action by clicking on Continue Shopping button to continue browsing other products.

Step 4 - Fill in Shipping Information & Choose Payment Method

Fill in your Billing Information and Shipping Information. Tick "Same as Billing Information" if Billing information same as Shipping information. Make sure you choose the State/Country for the products to be courier to. We offer a number of offline/online payment methods and 0% interest installment payment to suit you, choose your choice of payment methods listed.

Step 5 - Confirm Purchase Order

It brings you to confirm your purchase order in this page. After press Check Out, you will receive a Purchase Order delivered to your email provided. If you paid by Online Payment method (Credit Card, Mobile, Money, MEPS FPX, MayBank2u & etc), a Payment Receipt will deliver to your email immediately once you successfully made the payment. Most of our shipment are sent by courier service (POSLAJU), which will be reaching you on the next day after shipment date, except remote area in East Malaysia, and shipment direct from Oversea for certain items. If nobody at the address, both Poslaju and registered mail delivery staff will leave a note to your mailbox. You can bring the note to collect at the indicated Pos Office.

We appreciate your effort in banking the money or transferring your money online. In order to confirm your transaction, we need you to FAX or EMAIL the bank-in slip or online transaction details. We will process your order within 48 hours upon receipt of your details. Our customer service will call you to confirm the receipt of payment within 24 hours.
We will only ship your orders once we have received the payment.
To find out how much shipping will cost, add the items you are interested in, to your shopping basket. Note that in doing this, you are not obligated to purchase these products.   • For an oversea order, we would not be responsible if the ordered item is held by your conutry's custom department, or is taxed.
  • We will ship out the item(s) within 7 - 21 working days after receiving your payment.
  • Turnaround time of delivery is as follows:

*7 working days for delivery within the Klang Valley and Selangor

*14 working days for other regions in Peninsula Malaysia

*21 working days for Sabah & Sarawak

*30 working days for out of Malaysia's delivery

  • A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours (via e-mail) after the items have been despatched. In the event the tracking number is not activated via the said shipping company's website, the customer is required to cntact the shipping company directly.
  • In the event the shipped parcel is returned to us for whatever reason i.e. wrong address, no one to accept the parcel and etc, we will not be responsible for the re-send shipping fee. Please note that Poslaju items will usually be kept for 10-14 days for normal mail items and 30 days for Registered Air Mail. Customers are advised to contact the Poslaju nearest for collection. Otherwise re-send charges will be imposed.
  • If the parcel is damaged or tempered, customer should open the package for further inspection before signing the acceptance or acknowledgment slip.
  • Customer should not sign to receive it, if any item(s) is missing or visibly damaged due to handling.
  • Customer should contact Henryfriends.com within 7 days to avoid any disputes or complaints.
  • For multiple items orders, the package will be sent seperately. The notification will be written on the acknowledgment slip.

Sorry, HCF products do not come with any warranty other than damage or defect warranty.
You can send us an email and report the damage within 7 working days. We will then advise you to return the damaged or defective items, and we will make replacement. In the event we are unable to replace the product, we will provide a full refund to you. Processing your return usually takes 5 working days from the day we receive your complaint.
